Member of the Presidency of BiH Dragan Covic expressed his belief that BiH is a permanent structure within its internationally recognized borders.
Covic made this statement after the promotion of Conference Proceedings of the scientific conference with international participation “Croats of BiH – the carriers of European values”. He noted that he is very satisfied with the results of the conference that was held in Neum and the Conference proceedings that were promoted.
“I believe that this is the right way to promote everything that we stand for. Next conference, for which we have already started activities, will make sense as well, and it should give responses on how to arrange BiH on a human scale of all three peoples, in order for it to become real part of the Euro-Atlantic space and the structure which we should have joined long time ago,” said member of the Presidency of BiH, Dragan Covic.
He added that representatives of the Bosniak and Serbian people can be presented in a similar way at this kind of conferences, as well as representatives of all other peoples in BiH.
“I am convinced that BiH is a permanent structure within its internationally recognized borders. How we will regulate it and how quickly we will enter the process of European integrations, that is up to us,” said Covic.
The promotion, which was held in the building of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, was attended by numerous representatives from all levels of government, representatives of the diplomatic corps, authors of promoted works, the academic community as well as civil society organizations.
