zene_u_biznisuThe Center for the Promotion of Civil Society (CPCD) organized a ceremony where the success of a second year mentoring program for women was celebrated. The aim was to connect women already established in various sectors of society with women who wish to learn and advance in their careers.

During 2013, 380 women were included in this program from 17 cities in BiH. This year’s 190 mentors are successful women from the business sector, government, politics, nonprofit sector, and media, who voluntarily passed their knowledge and experience to the next generation.

More than 160 mentors and users of the program, who used the chance to meet and connect their experiences in the mentor program, attended the ceremony.

The message of the gathering was that the most powerful women from BiH are the ones who are ready to share their knowledge with others and to connect with one another, announced the CPCD.

The entire program acts in its second year as a volunteer work of mentors, and CPCD plans to continue the further development of this program and calls on all interested women from BiH to join the growing women’s network.
