Merima Darman will represent our country at the Miss Malaysia Tourism Pageant, the prestigious international competition that is traditionally taking place in Kuala Lumpur. This beautiful woman from Sarajevo is actively preparing for the competition, and as the date of her departure to Malaysia is getting closer, her excitement is increasing.

She was doing fashion shows and engagements before, but this is the first time that she is representing her country in some competition.

“The final night will be on December 6, but I am traveling there already on November 19. We will be observed all the time because they are watching everything. Almost 60 girls are competing, it is a world-wide pageant and there is a really big competition,” said this beautiful young woman.

All participants will go through a talent competition as part of the selection for the Miss Tourism, and our representative decided to represent herself with a dance performance.

“I first thought to choose hip-hop or latino dance, but in the end, I decided for our folk dance. I want to show our traditional dance because I represent BiH,” said Merima.

“I will do my best. I am excited because the date of departure is getting closer,” she said.

Merima Darman is working as an assistant of Dzejla Glavovic in her agency Swan Model Management and she is a student at the Faculty of Political Science in Sarajevo.
