The company “IGMAN” d.d. Konjic has officially signed a contract for the production and delivery of ammunition to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Iraq. It is the most valuable contract in the factory’s history.

During the past week, a high-level delegation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Iraq visited the company “IGMAN” d.d. Konjic, during which a multimillion contract for the production and delivery of ammunition for the needs of the mentioned ministry was agreed upon and signed.

Over the past years, Iraq has been a significant export market for the military industry factory “IGMAN.” By signing the new contract, the partnership relations have been confirmed and perspectives for a greater level of trust and cooperation in the future have been opened.

“This historic agreement is the result of months-long negotiations and represents an important step toward establishing even better relations between our two countries. This is confirmation of the quality of our products and the trust we enjoy among partners around the world as one of the leading producers of high-quality ammunition in the region,” said the director of Igman, Adnan Prevljak, after the ceremonial act of signing the contract.

It should be mentioned that the military industry factory “IGMAN” d.d. Konjic is the leader of the domestic defense industry with an annual income of 180 million BAM, and one of the global brands of small-caliber ammunition (5.56mm, 7.62mm, 9mm, 12.7mm), Klix.ba writes.
