Minister Crnadak nullified a Tender for a new vehicle for the MFA

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina today decided to nullify a tender for a new vehicle for the Office of the Minister Igor Crnadak.

In the press release, they announced that the tender was nullified by the minister even though the tender was prepared in accordance with the law and had intended funds for that purpose.

The tender was publicized on July 21st, 2017 on the Portal for Public Procurement of BiH and in the Official Gazette of BiH on July 28th, 2017. The deadline was August 11th.

They announced that the funds intended for this procurement will be used in accordance with the Law and Budget of Institutions of BiH for 2017 and that it will not provide comments about this decision.
