”Main principles of the new Protocol for the field of international road transport of passengers are the public, transparency and competition, which  all in the end serve to fulfill the goal of the improvement of the conditions of passenger transport.”’- said Minister of Communications and Transport of B&H, Damir Hadžić.

Minister Hadžić signed the new Protocol on ways and procedures of  maintaining and registering the timetable of international bus rides of B&H at the Foreign Trade Chamber of B&H in Sarajevo.

The intention is, as Hadžić said, to make this process as transparent as possible and to create all necessary hypothesis for finding solutions in this field. According to Minister Hadžić, this new Protocol is  compliant with the Law on competition and that there is no possibility of anyone raising question on monopoly.

” The Protocol was possible due to the synergy of VTK B&H and the Ministry of Communications and Transport of B&H. Its implementation will contribute to the improvement of regulating the transport business in B&H and the protection of our passengers’ interests.”- said Bruno Bojić, the President of VTK B&H.
