Minister Sarovic comments the Session of the CoM

sarovic-696x456After the session of the Council of Ministers of BiH that was held yesterday, Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Mirko Sarovic said that there was no talk about a new Draft law on excise duties, and that he is not familiar whether it was submitted and when it will come on the agenda of the session of the Council of Ministers of BiH.

“Chairman of CoM Denis Zvizdic did not inform me, or anyone else, about any initiative. This question was not discussed at the session of the Council of Ministers of BiH. The question whether it is possible to restore some procedure is regulated by the law,” said Sarovic.

According to him, that question is “only in the context of personal opinions, speculations and nothing more than that.”

Minister Sarovic said that, due to the additional work, from the agenda of the session was taken off the Draft contract on financing (Corridor 5-C – Zenica North) between BiH and the European Investment Bank, with the Basis for the conclusion of this contract.

He also noted that from the agenda was taken off the Draft decision on the appointment of members of the Council for Measurements of BiH, and returned for revision.
