This year’s Doha Forum gathered a number of heads of states and governments, members of parliaments, decision makers, representatives of academic community, experts, specialists, civil society and others, under the motto “Stability and prosperity for all”.

Central topic of discussion – safety – was placed in the context of the importance of establishing a collective or multilateral cooperation environment.

This was especially highlighted as a result of the need for the establishment of stability and prosperity and the upcoming challenges which cannot be treated with individual methods and policies anymore.

Especially emphasized were issues related to terrorism, extremism, organized crime, nuclear safety, mass destruction weapons etc. The forum is focused on these and other aspects of safety (economic, energetic, environmental) and in the context of growing conflicts, doubled number of refugees, victims of violence and illegal migrations, and the increasingly developed awareness about limited resources, stated the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies in BiH.
