Modiko- opening of HangOn exhibition in London

On Saturday,16 February in cooperation with British Council and British Fashion Council, the exhibition of the Association of Fashion Workers ‘Modiko’ called ‘HangOn’ has been solemnly opened.

In the full gallery of BiH Embassy , more than 100 visitors, fashion professionals, design fans, and a great number of foreign media and among them BBC.

FBiH Minister of Culture Salmir Kaplan, ambassador of BiH in the UK Mustafa Mujezinović, representative of the British Council in BiH Amila Lagumdžija  and well-known actress that lives in London Zrinka Cvitešić gave their support to BiH designers, stylists, photographers, make-up artists and hair stylists.

Interactive exhibition has 2D fashion installations, photos, audio-visual elements and Modiko showroom with it concept of non-existence of the third dimension did not simply treat the situation of the artists in BiH, but it also symbolically portrayed the problems of individuals in all parts of the World.

Deeper meaning and the unique concept of fashion in modern times has intrigued all the present visitors and has opened the doors to new business meetings and contacts for further cooperation.

The exhibition will be opened until 23 February, and then there is a possibility that it will be presented to BiH audience.
