”These are vaccines that are donated (mostly from Austria) to the citizens of BiH. These vaccines had an expiration date of several months when we imported them. Why did we import them and allow the deadline to expire? The reason is that with this dose we were able to fully test the readiness of the population to respond to vaccination. Before that, these were only some assessments, but an assessment is one thing, and having the vaccine at your disposal is something different, ” noted Kojic.
Kojic added that an additional problem is a rumor that has emerged about blood clots from the AstraZeneca vaccine.
But, as the interlocutor pointed out, it is a vaccine that is approved by the European Medicines Agency, and if it has allowed its further use, trust me, we have no reason not to believe in its effectiveness.
When asked where the vaccines will be destroyed, Kojic explained that it will be done in Austria.
”These vaccines will be destroyed in Austria because it is still not possible to do it in BiH,” Kojic said.
