The fate of motion of no-confidence in FBiH Government has not been solved after yesterday’s special session of FBiH House of Peoples in Sarajevo.
Although it passed with majority of votes in general voting of the House, in individual voting of caucuses of three constitutional nations, it did not receive the majority of votes of Bosniak delegates which issued a motion of protection of vital national interest.
Because of that, FBiH Constitutional Court will decide whether the motion of no-confidence in FBiH government violates the vital national interest of Bosniaks.
If the Court decides that it doesn’t, the motion of no-confidence in FBiH government will take into effect.
