Municipality of Novo Sarajevo Awarded Young & Perspective BH Athletes

opcina-novo-sarajevo-nagrade-za-uspjesne-mlade-sportiste_1419953660The mayor of Novo Sarajevo municipality, Nedžad Koldžo, hosted young and successful sportsmen who achieved remarkable results at national and international competitions.

One of them is Hamza Komar, member of the wrestling club ‘Bosna’ Sarajevo, who achieved great results at national and international tournaments by winning numerous medals. His most successful achievement is winning 3rd place at the Mediterranean Championship. He came with his coach Fahrudin Hodžić.

Beside Hamza, there’s Alemka Hasečić too, member of the table tennis club Stens Euro Asfalt Sarajevo, actual national champion in two categories, individual and double for young cadets, and who was chosen for the most perspective athlete of the Canton Sarajevo in table tennis. She also won numerous medals at national and international tournaments. Alenka came with the club’s president Zilhad Forić and the coach Amar Korjenić.

The mayor congratulated them on their remarkable successes and handed them awards.
