teslicThe municipality of Teslić, in addition to other benefits, offers free land to potential investors, is stated by the mayor of Teslic municipality, Milan Milicevic.

Regulations governing the conditions of entry of investors in industrial zones in Teslic was adopted today in the form of the draft.

Teslić is one of the first municipalities in the Republika Srpska which started adopting this document.

Amendment of the initiative on the law on property rights, which was extremely discouraging in attracting investors in the RS, took several years.  as it did not allow municipalities to offer land in the business zone below the market price, which was the case in neighboring countries.

By adoption of this document, it is enabled to investors, under certain conditions, to exercise their right to obtain land for free or at below market prices.

The objective of this document is the creation of new jobs in the municipality of Teslic.
