“Would you install a Neuralink interface in your brain that would allow you to control your X account with your mind?” the parody account Not Elon Musk asked social media users.

Elon Musk himself commented on this post, stating that in the future, mobile devices will not be needed at all.

“In the future, there will be no phones, there will only be Neuralink,” Musk replied in a comment on the post.

In January, Musk announced that the first person had received a Neuralink implant and was doing well. At that time, the businessman noted that the initial data obtained from the device showed promising results and added that the new Neuralink device is called Telepathy.

It gives the owner the ability to control a smartphone or computer using the power of thought and is primarily designed for people who have lost the ability to use their limbs.

In March, the first patient with the implant demonstrated how to play chess “with the power of thought.”

At the same time, Musk announced the Neuralink brain implant, which is envisioned as a device that allows blind people to see – this project is called Blindsight, Biznis Info writes.
