Nedim Smjecanin, a thirteen year-old boy from Sarajevo, has a difficult and rare disease DG. Insuffrenalis Chronic Haemodyliss and due to which his kidneys do not work.
Nedim has to urgently be transferred abroad in order to do a kidney transplantation. The operation costs of 100,000 Euros, and his family does not have the money.
