The Minister of Economic Affairs and Regional Cooperation of RS Željka Cvijanović informed the Deputy Head of the OSCE in BiH Nina Suomalajnen today about the solutions that should be brought for a new model of coordination in the process of BiH’s EU integration.

They spoke about the implementation of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in the “Sejdić-Finci” case, as well as on structural dialogue in the area of Justice in the EU.

During the meeting in Banja Luka they spoke about the current political situation in the RS and BiH, with a particular emphasis on joint cooperation with the OSCE Mission on implementing joint projects, as well as in the process of EU integration.

The Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission said that the OSCE supports BiH institutions and entites, which guarantee, among other things, an independent judicial system that is free and has fair elections and quality education.

Nina Suomalajnen added that the goal of the OSCE Mission is to help in the progress towards EU integration.
