At today’s session, the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an Order requiring the Main Counting Centre to conduct a manual count of ballots from specific polling stations and to open the bags containing election materials for certain polling stations in order to verify their contents, locate the SIT form, and enter the results from the SIT forms; if the forms are not found, a manual count must also be performed, the CEC announced.
(1) In accordance with the said Order, the Main Counting Centre was instructed to conduct a manual count of ballots for the following polling stations:
a) 025A001 for level 203 – Cantonal Assembly in the Federation of BiH;
b) 047A028 – for levels 515 – House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, 403 – House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, and 203 – Cantonal Assembly in the Federation of BiH;
c) 106A005 – for level 511 – House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH;
d) 153A029 for level 512 – House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH; (2) The main counting center was ordered to open the bags with voting materials in order to check the contents of the bag, find the SIT form and enter the results from the SIT forms for the polling stations:
e) 025A013 for level 515 – House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, 402 – House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH and 203 – Assembly of Cantons in the Federation of BiH;
f) 025A034 for level 402 – House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament;
g) 025A045A for level 515 – House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, 402 – House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH i and 203 – Assembly of Cantons in the Federation of BiH;

(3) The Main Counting Center is ordered to perform a manual count for the polling stations and levels from point (2) if the SIT forms are not found and to record the results.
(4) The Main Counting Center is ordered to inspect the entire electoral material from polling station 200C019 in order to determine the content of the ballots delivered from the polling station.
The recount will be carried out today starting at 3.30 pm in the “ZETRA” facility, in Alipašina b. b. street in Sarajevo.
Candidates and political subjects whose names appear on the ballots for which the counting and determination of election results are carried out may be present during the counting, as well as accredited observers for the Main Counting Center.
