Mijo Tokić has published his fifth book of poetry ‘Uspinjanja’, which was published by Association of Croat Writers.
Mijo Tokić was born in 1951 in Tomislavgrad, and worked as a high-school professor in Tomislavgrad.
The book has seven cycles: The report on Time, Mountains, Hardships, Wreath, Inquietudes, Žižak and Zadar’s miniatures. In the synthesis of this cycles, poet talks about the reality of inquietude and discrepancies in the cosmic sphere where ontological transformation is just a manifestation of the meaning of Earthly tread.
