A political affair from 2021 is starting to come to light. Namely, as the portal Raport announced, correspondence is coming to light through the Sky application, and from which it is clear what was done and from which centers of power that one of the most respected politicians of Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina did not become the mayor of the city, without whose vote, let’s remember, it would never have been the capital of independent Bosnia and Herzegovina. That’s how the deep state works.
Far from the public eye, the fate of a man like Bogić Bogićević was decided by the defendants and those convicted of drug dealings. It is even more terrible when one reads from the messages what kind of mundane interests guided them.
‘Who needs two votes?’
According to the published messages, the fate of Bogić Bogićević, the candidate for mayor of Sarajevo, was discussed by people who were under investigation or were prosecuted in other cases during that period.
Overthrowing Bogić Bogićević for the position of mayor of Sarajevo and leaving SDA’s Abdulah Skaka in that position.
On one side of the conversation via the Sky app was Sani Al Murda, who was convicted in Belgium of international cocaine trafficking. On the other side was Elmedin Karišik, accused in the “Start” case, together with Ibrahim Hadžibajrić and his son Seid.
It is about the communication conducted in February 2021, a few days before the election of the mayor of Sarajevo.
We transmit messages without editing:
“Who needs 2 votes?”, asks Al Murda at 23:21:00.
“Jumps to be mayor again,” replies Karišik at 11:21:14 p.m.
“Skaka is now the mayor, and in 20 days a new one will be elected,” says Karišik.
At 23:25:28 Karišik writes: “The old man has a stick and he is decisive, whether it will be a jump or the Bogic Bogicevic.”
“Bogic bogicevic is in whose party,” asks Al Murda at 11:25:49 p.m.
“SDP. No matter what he is, nothing can be done with him, the man is over 70 years old,” replies Karišik at 11:26:37 p.m.
Karisik: The old should be broken
“Okay, and do you think you’re going to help me?” writes Al Murda at 11:31:04 p.m.
Karišik replies: “Well, Brother, if I succeed in breaking the old one, it will be a different story for the next couple of years. There are many more possibilities, and everything else continues after that.”
Karišik had Sky, as did Seid Hadžibajrić, and in his messages to Al Murdi he directly mentions Skaka and Hadžibajrić. The Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton stated during the trial that Ibrahim Hadžibajrić was called Beg, Hadžija and Stari on Sky.
In his messages with Al Murdo, Karišik also states that “Stari” is sitting in his office together with Skak.
Al Murda then sends a new message at 11:31:21 p.m.: “What does the old man say about that? How is jumping listed within the party?”
“He’s asking me if we can trust him,” replies Karišik at 11:31:46 p.m.
Karišik then replies at 23:32:15: “Skaka, your quota is hurting. They replaced everyone. Now after the election, they couldn’t hold him alone in all positions. He remained as before.”
A few seconds later, at 11:33:55 p.m., Karišik writes: “This guy immediately offered me anything you want, if you break it, it’s yours, you want to put one of your directors somewhere. You want a rope? You get whatever you want. Hahaha”
“The position of mayor of Sarajevo is chaos”
At 23:34:33, Karišik continues: “You know what the position of the Mayor of Sarajevo is, it’s chaos.”
Al Murda then replies at 23:35:54: “I think it is an irrelevant function here. Brother, what is the mayor asking for?”
“Now, according to the new rules, the mayor is above the municipality”, answered Karišik at 11:37:16 p.m. and continued: “Now if a municipality doesn’t give you something. The city can give it to you. Their budget is somewhere around 40 million per year plus donations, income from zicare, etc.”
“Only from the cable car? And the city only has a budget of 40 million?”, asks Al Murda at 11:38:44 p.m.
“No, no, it’s just what the state gives to the city administration plus income from everything else,” replies Karišik at 11:39:18 p.m.
“Yes yes clearly!” writes Al Murda at 23:40:56 hours and sends a new message.
“Brother, if it ends, he should be told to give that and that at the start,” Al Murda wrote to Karišik at 11:41:37 p.m.
As stated in the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton of Sarajevo, Skaka is accused of promising various benefits, among other things, and money to the councilors ahead of the election of the chairman of the City Council and the mayor, to vote according to his instructions, all so that Bogić Bogićević could not be elected mayor, that is, so that the accused Skaka could run for and be elected for a second term in that position, Federalna writes.
