New Temperature Records set in Gradacac, Jajce and Livno

New absolute maximum temperatures were recorded yesterday at two stations, in Gradacac 40.2 °C, and in Jajce 40 °C, according to the Climatologist of Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of BiH, Dzenan Zulum.

The record temperature values in these two cities before were 39.8 °C in Gradacac (2000) and 39.1 °C in Jajce (1950).

The new maximum that was recorded in Livno on August 2, was 38 °C. The previous maximum recorded in that city was 37.6 °C and it was measured in 2007, said Zulum.
