Number of Fixed Telephone Lines and SMS Messages significantly Decreased in BiH

The total number of fixed telephone lines of dominant operators in 2018 was 652.502 which represents a decrease of 6,2% compared to the 2017 year.

The total number of own subscribers of alternative operators in the year of 2018 was 140.033 which shows an increase of 11,8% compared to previous year.

The total traffic of the fixed telephone network in the year of 2018 was 1.383.007.063 minutes which shows a decrease of 15,3% compared to 2017.

The total outgoing domestic traffic alternative operators in the year of 2018 was 323.158.253minutes which shows an increase of 0,8% compared to the previous year.

The number of mobile telephone subscribers in the year of 2018 was 3.461.058 which shows a slight increase of 0,6% The total traffic of mobile telephone networks in the year of 2018 was 2.367.465.067minutes which shows a decrease of 5,0% compared to the previous year.

The number of SMS messages sent in the 2018 year decreased by 29,2%, compared to the 2017 year

A total number of fixed Internet subscribers in the year of 2018 was 693.873.

The number of subscribers of mobile Internet via standard mobile broadband access in the year of 2018 was 1.789.989, which shows an increase of 25,9% compared to the previous year.
