Number of Tourists Increased by 48.2 % in March in Comparison to February

turisti-mart32.466 is the total number of tourists in March 2014 in the FB&H, which is 8.7 % less in comparison to March 2013 and 48.2 % more in comparison to February 2014.

58.767 is the total number of overnight stays in March 2014, which is 7.0 % less than in March 2013, and 46,9% more in comparison to February. 36,4% of overnight stays is from domestic tourists and 63,6 % is the number of foreign tourists.

According to the types of accommodation facilities, the highest number of overnight stays is 95.8% in hotels and similar accommodations, according to data from the FB&H Statistical Office.

Most overnight stays from foreign tourists were tourists from Croatia, (22,3), Serbia (7,1), Slovenia (6,5 ), Turkey (6,4 ) and Italy (5,8), which is 48,1 % in total.

51,9% of overnight stays are from tourists from other countries.
