oazaWest from the center of B&H capital, within the settlement Lužani, there is a hidden place for a long time now called “Oaza” (“Oasis”), with a good reason.

Oaza is an apartment settlement which also includes the Oaza auto camp and the namesake restaurant. The settlement covers 47,000 square meters and is owned by the Hotel-Spa Recreation Society Hotels Ilidža JSC.

Oaza is currently a construction site and it will shine in a new light in early May, when the completion of works is expected. The works are a result of investments in the past period, amounting to nearly five million BAM.

The money was directed towards renovation of the apartment settlement, construction of Oaza restaurant, as well as the construction of tennis and football courts. The mentioned restaurant was opened last year.

“The apartment settlement is still under construction and includes 12 reconstructed residential villas that provide luxurious accommodation in 60 apartments. The settlement is located in a very peaceful city zone which enables relaxation and rest only eight kilometers away from the center of Sarajevo, around three kilometers away from the Bosna River Springs, and two kilometers away from the Sarajevo International Airprot,” the HBRD Hoteli Ilidža stated.

The Oaza compley also offers an auto camp with 350 camp places with complete infrastructure.

The fact that the complex which includes the apartment settlement, car camp and, as additional refreshment, tennis and football courts, justifies the investment is evidenced by statistical data which show that the increase in visits by 72 percent was recorded in the past season, and by 16 percent out of the season. Hoteli Ilidža stated that these numbers are additional motive for new investments.

“Business policy and vision of our society is to develop and offer as good service as possible, which has proven to be an excellent recipe for success so far. Successful operation is certainly a motive for greater investments, thus our responsibility towards further development of our capacities and services increases,” the HBRD Hoteli Ilidža stated.
