The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina was informed today that a new delivery of coronavirus vaccines for Bosnia and Herzegovina will follow in the second quarter. These are 100,620 doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.

This is the official information that the Ministry of Civil Affairs received from the secretariat of the GAVI Alliance, announced the Ministry.

The said doses should arrive between 3 and 9 May 2021, depending on the producer’s delivery plan.

The vaccines will be delivered in one batch.

The Ministry notes that Pfizer/BioNTech is just one of the manufacturers whose vaccines are expected soon in BiH through the COVAX mechanism.

Previously, 23,400 doses of Pfizer/BioNTech and 26,400 AstraZeneca vaccines were delivered to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
