The Chievo team from Verona officially presented yesterday the Bosnian stopper Ervin Zukanović.
Our player said at this presentation that it was the right time to change the scenery and explained why he chosen Serie A as his next stop.
“I have been playing in Belgium for the last five years, it was time for me to leave that country because I felt I had the need for new challenges. My style of playing suits the Italian Championship. I am an intelligent player, I like to play with the ball, I have a good left leg and that’s it. Serie A is one of the strongest leagues in Europe. I have lots of friends who play in Italy so I know a lot about the league.” – said Zukanović.
