Official Results: Izetbegović, Čović and Ivanić Members of BiH Presidency for Next Four Years

presidencyCentral Election Commission (CEC) of BiH announced today official results of the general elections held in BiH on October 12, according to which Bakir Izetbegović, Dragan Čović and Mladen Ivanić will be members of the state Presidency for the next four years.

Izetbegović, Bosniak Member of the BiH Presidency, candidate of Party of Democratic Action (SDA) won 247.235 out of 997.532 valid votes.

Čović, Croat Member of the BiH Presidency, candidate of Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) BiH, won 128.053 out of 997.532 votes.

Ivanić, Serb Member of the BiH Presidency, candidate of the Alliance for Changes, won 318.196 votes out of 653.188 valid votes.

President of CEC Stjepan Mikić said that these are final results.

He reminded that three-day deadline for file request for recount of votes begins on the day of announcement of results.
