Milorad Dodik, president of the the Republika Srpska, at today’s press conference held in Banja Luka, again threatened the secession of the RS. He used the opportunity to again insult numerous officials and to deny the genocide in Srebrenica.

The Office of the High Representative pointed out to the portal “Avaz” that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a sovereign country consisting of two entities.

“Regardless of the amount of media noise produced by the President of the RS Milorad Dodik, the facts remain the same: Bosnia and Herzegovina is a unique, sovereign country consisting of two entities. Entities do not have the right to secede from BiH and legally exist only on the basis of the Constitution of BiH,”  the OHR stated for “Avaz”.
