At today’s session, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should consider the new text of the Draft Law on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as previously announced by the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Borjana Krišto.

In a letter to EU Neighborhood and Enlargement Commissioner Oliver Varhelyi, in which she informed him about key reforms, Kristo stated that the upcoming session of the BiH Council of Ministers will include several documents key to fulfilling the reform obligations of our country, including the BiH Court Law.

Ministers should also consider the new text of the Proposal of the Mid-Term Work Program of the Council of Ministers of BiH 2024 – 2026.

The agenda should also include the Proposal of the Strategy and Action Plan for the implementation of the integrated border management strategy in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period 2024 – 2029.

The Council of Ministers of BiH should, in the second round of voting, express its opinion on the Proposal for a Decision on Amending the Decision on the Formation of the Appeals Council at the Council of Ministers of BiH.

The Report from the Central Database on serious crimes committed in BiH in 2023 should also be considered.

The ministers should, among other things, have a Proposal for a Decision on determining the planned amounts of revenue based on the provision of air navigation services (route fees) in the airspace of BiH for the year 2024, as well as the Framework Program of Activities of the Members of the Permanent Joint Commission of Senior State Representatives the successor of the former SFRY and programs for the continuation of the implementation of the Agreement on issues of succession of authorized negotiators for: Annex B, Annex C and Annex D, BHRT writes.
