One Billion BAM secured for the Sector of energy in RS?

hydro power plantZeljko Kovacevic, director of the Elektroprivreda of Republika Srpska (RS) said that currently there are negotiations ongoing regarding the construction of the hydroelectric power plant “Buk Bijela”. The previously was said yesterday at the “Jahorina Ekonomski forum 2017”, emphasizing that around one billion BAM was provided for started projects but for the new ones as well.

Kovacevic has noted that some projects are of particular importance for both the RS and BiH, and that its realization is currently under way. Namely, the projects “Upper Horizons” within which the hydro-power plant “Dabar” and other hydro plants in the system are being built, which will be completed with the project “Dubrovnik Two”. All the projects will be very important for the RS.
