The Tuzla Canton Prosecutor’s Office confirmed for BHRT that there is a person in custody who can be linked to the disappearance of a woman in Tumare near Lukavac.
Jovanka Đurić from this village disappeared on July 30 and the search has been going on since then.
The Prosecutor’s Office adds that an investigation is underway, after which more details about this case will be known.
Unofficially, BHRT has learned that a person who was previously sentenced to 14 years in prison for rape and inflicting injuries with a knife was arrested in Bistarac near Lukavac in 2010.
