President of the Main Board of Our Party, Sabina Ćudić, stated that this party will participate in the negotiations on the formation of the government at the state level, which should begin next week, but that it will have its own conditions and principles on which it will insist.

As she stated at the press conference in Sarajevo after the session of the Main Board of Our Party, in accordance with whether the principles will be respected, it will be determined about participation in the formation of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She said that it is very important to sign the joint program of all participants in power.

She pointed out that they want, among others, to insist on the principles concerning the acceleration of the European integration process of BiH and commitment of all subjects to open negotiations after obtaining candidate status for membership in the European Union.

They will also insist on the principle of ensuring the functionality of state institutions, especially those that are responsible for European integration, improvement of the electoral process, its integrity and transparency, and the fulfillment of necessary conditions for the withdrawal of significant funds from EU pre-accession funds.

“If these principles are respected and are included in the coalition program, we will decide on participation in the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” explained Ćudić.

President of Our Party, Edin Forto, said that this party wants to fulfill all its promises, and one of them is that without them decisions should not be made at any level of government, especially when talking about speeding up and unblocking paths to the EU.

He emphasized that for the formation of government at the FBiH level, a program on participation in government is being written for the first time together with the other parties of the coalition of eight political parties and the Croat Democratic Union (HDZ), and expressed hope that this program will be something that will be a measure of the success of a government, Fena news agency reports.
