Over 1,500 Patients examined in the General Hospital in the past Fifteen Days

In the past 15 days until this morning, a total of 1,560 patients were examined at the Emergency Center of the General Hospital “Prim. Dr. Abdulah Nakas” Sarajevo.

During this period, 444 patients were admitted to the General Hospital for further treatment, of which 149 through the Emergency Center, the General Hospital stated in the press release.

At the same time, 472 patients completed hospital treatment and were sent home. From July 17 until this morning, 79 outpatient operations were performed, 271 were planned, and 71 emergency.

“Thus, the introduction of 24-hour work of the Emergency Center, every day, fully justified the demands and needs of our citizens for fast and quality health service,” according to the General Hospital.
