Over 2,500 Unemployed Residents of Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje Area

In the area of Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje there are currently 2,505 residents who are unemployed.

“The highest number is of qualified residents (1,003) and unskilled (800). There are 525, 100, and 81 high school graduates,” said Amir Filipovic, director of Employment Bureau.

He adds that, in addition, there are five semi-qualified, and one highly qualified person.

“In the same period, there are 44 who were employed, five of whom have the status of demobilized veterans. In February, there were 48 workers left without work,” he stressed.

In February, 120 unemployed persons received financial compensation, while 1,041 unemployed persons had the right to health care.
