According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, 42.227 Palestinians have been killed since the start of Israeli operations in the Gaza Strip on October 7th last year.

The Ministry reported on Sunday that 98.464 people have also been injured in the ongoing attacks.

“In the last 24 hours alone, Israeli forces have killed 52 people and wounded 128 in four massacres,” the Ministry announced yesterday.

Rescue teams are struggling to reach many individuals trapped under rubble and blocked roads.

Despite a United Nations (UN) Security Council resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire, Israel has continued its offensive in Gaza following an attack by the Palestinian group Hamas on October 7th, 2023.

The relentless airstrikes have displaced nearly the entire population of Gaza amid a blockade that has caused severe shortages of food, clean water, and medical supplies.

Israel is now facing genocide charges at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), BHRT writes.
