Over 50,000 Persons have been Positive for COVID-19 in Bosnia and Herzegovina

According to the data of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with today’s number of 1,912 newly infected, 50,070 people have been positive for coronavirus in Bosnia and Herzegovina since the beginning of the pandemic.

Of that number, 31,671 are infected in the Federation of BiH, 17,846 in the Republika Srpska and 573 in the Brcko District.

Also, according to the data of the Ministry in BiH, 315,265 samples were tested, 1,234 deaths were recorded, and 28,083 were recovered.

There are currently 20,773 active cases.

In the past 24 hours, 22 deaths and 1,912 new infections were recorded in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 1,070 positives for the coronavirus were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, 842 in the Republika Srpska, and 43 in the Brcko District.
