A special guest of the 33rd Nivea BH Fashion Week in Sarajevo, which was held in November, was Fadila Pamukčić-Zečić, fashion designer originally from Brčko.
Pamukčić-Zečić is the leader of one of the world’s most successful fashion brands Edoro Creation, based in Paris.
The designer who took part in the most important fashion events of the world, and whose story is reminiscent of a fairy tale, will arrive in Sarajevo exclusively for participating in the 33rd Nivea Fashion Week in Sarajevo, within which she will close the event on 4th November with her own fashion show.
In the war Fadila lost a son and a brother. She arrived in France as a refugee where she got into fashion. In a very short time she managed to turn her dream of fashion glare into reality by working for major fashion houses of the world such as Channel and Balemciaga.
Edoro Creation, a brand with which this world successful Brčko-native works and dictates trends in the world is a memory of her dead son Edin and brother Enver.
Today Fadila lives and works in Paris. Fashion is her job and hobby. Creating clothes tailored for celebrities and public life of Paris is the result of years of work experience and inspiration.
The patches, as she often says, saved her life. Fadila now has three grandchildren, and Paris is like her native Brčko, she got accustomed to it.
The fashion house Edoro Creation, besides designing clothes, helps young designers in Paris to realize unique designs of high fashion through courses.
