After the victory of Manchester City, their coach, Manuel Pellegrini, praised the performance of goalkeeper of B&H national team.
He emphasized the fact that Chelsea’s goalkeeper, Asmir Begović, saved his team from even bigger disaster.
“Playing against Chelsea is always hard – they defend themselves with many players and their counterattacks are always very fast. However, we completed the match today, not just that we gave 3 goals, but we were about to give 3 more in the first half of the match. Only good performance of Asmir Begović stopped us from doing that, “said Pellegrini.
Former coach of Edin Džeko added that his guys played very well and just the way he wanted.
To recall, in the second round of the English Premier League, the match between Manchester City and Chelsea resulted with a score 3: 0 for Manchester City.
