The company Penny Plus yesterday celebrated 20 years on the market of BiH, and officially opened supermarket in Blazuj and reopened Penny Plus branches in the Sarajevo neighborhood of Nedzarici, as well as new Penny Market.
There was cheerful atmosphere and great interest of the citizens for this event, and Penny prepared many surprises for them on this special day, from promotions and tasting to large number of gifts for their customers and visitors. As always, special attention was given to the youngest buyers who were able to have fun with the entertainment and to get an interesting face painting.
In the past two decades, company Penny Plus was usually known as a company whose branch are providing construction materials and other tools, but here, on the 21st of March, this image is significantly changed, because besides recognizable Penny plus branches we also have five Penny markets, thus we definitely became a place of family shopping where each household member can find something for itself,” said the director Almedin Kadric, adding that many innovations are planned for the future, including the opening of another Penny sales center in the municipality of Novo Sarajevo, the opening of branches in other BH cities and launching of Penny webshop.
“As a company that has always tried to respect the wishes of its customers, and in this case when we received requests for online sales and delivery in other cities of BiH, we tried to find a solution. Regarding that, you can expect activation of Penny webshop very soon, where we will provide customers with the possibility to shop online and not only from the Sarajevo area, but also from other cities,” said Kadric.
It is important that we are a local company, which found a place on its shelves for all domestic producers, that we care and we are aware of the importance of the development of BiH economy and that we are giving the opportunity to our customers to find domestic products on the shelves,” said Asmir Kovac, the Head of the Penny markets.
