dresOn Thursday,9 May at 8 p.m. in Sarajevo Youth Theatre, the audience will have the opportunity to see the play ‘The Jersey’ (Dres) which is an adaption of the Edward Bond’s “Eleven Vests” and Sam Shepard’s “Invisible Hand”.

The play “The Jersey”, directed by Primoz Bebler, treats the problem of violence among young people. A strict dehumanized school atmosphere, and a fantasy world in which the film and comic heroes come to life, are the only two possible realities for the main character. In one, he is a priori condemned, tarnished and betrayed, and in the other becomes a hero. However, what if the imagined hero commits a violent act in his own real environment?

Dramaturge of the play is Aida Pilav, Stage and Costume Designer -Emir Geljo, Assistant to the Set and Costume Designer – Mirza Hasanbegović, Music – Hamdija Salihbegović, Nedžad Merdžanović, Video art – Ivan Ramadan.

Cast of the play: Mario Drmać, Sanin Milavić, Ajla Cabrera ,Alen Muratović, Edhem Husić ,Nermin Tulić
