Bodyguards use umbrella to protect Serbia's Prime Minister Vucic during unrest at a ceremony marking the 20th anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre in PotocariAfter he was attacked in Potočari where he arrived at the commemoration on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, the Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić said at a press-conference in Belgrade that he is happy that the attack was not organized by the families of the victims and by those who really lost someone.

“I also heard Muslim people who were telling the attackers ‘why are you attacking him, it is not his fault, he did not do anything here’”, said Vučić.

He expressed regret that something like this happened.

‘’I am sorry that some people did not recognize my sincere intention to build friendship between the Serbs and the Bosniaks’’, said Vučić, pointing out that his hand towards the Bosniak people remains stretched out and that he will continue with that policy.

I will always be ready, he added, to talk about how to overcome the problems.
