On Saturday, 29 May, citizens of Sarajevo will have the opportunity to enjoy the poetry of Asja Bakić in café gallery ‘Zvono’, reports Fena.
Bakić was born in 1982 in Tuzla, and currently she lives in Zagreb. She is a poetess, blogger, feminist and polyglot.
Her first poetry book was published four years ago and it is called ‘Može I kaktus samo neka bode’ and it was published by publishing house ‘Aora’. She is currently working on her first short story book.
Her writings are humorous and the language she uses is quite direct and she, through her poetry fights prejudice.
The poetry evening will start at 9 p.m.
