Pope Mobile Arrived in Split by Boat, Will be in Sarajevo Soon

Pope Mobile in Split vijesti.rtl.hrA special vehicle, the popular Pope mobile, in which Pope Francis will go through Sarajevo on Saturday, arrived during the night in Split, from where it will be transported to the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Pope mobile has arrived from Ancona on the Jadrolinija ship Marco Polo. It is the Mercedes-Benz G500 vehicle produced in year 2007.

It was used by Pope Benedict XVI, mainly during the ceremonies at the Square of St. Peter in Rome.

The preparations for the arrival of Pope Francis in Sarajevo on June 6th are coming to an end and today everything will be ready for the arrival of the head of the Catholic Church.
