Positive News: Students selling Cookies to help their Friends in Need

Students and professors at Zavidovici Secondary School organized a humanitarian action for the sale of cookies called “Come, buy, children smiles are not expensive”.

The booth was set up in the heart of the city, where citizens could buy treats.

The cookies were made by parents, students and school staff, and the goal is to raise money for students who do not have enough money. School principal Adnan Mesic stated that as an educational institution, they do not only emphasize education.

The idea was born out of a friendly relationship with students and learning about their needs. “We intend to spend the collected money on students’ monthly tickets for transportation, a school snack, and possibly help someone to buy clothes,” said school principal Adnan Mesic, Avaz news portal reports.
