Positive Story from Teslic: AD Graditelj Company as an Example of Successful Privatization

miloradAD Graditelj from Teslić, a construction company that deals exclusively with high-rise construction, is an example of successful BiH privatization. A few years ago when the company was on the list of companies that were to be sold the workers decided to team up, they took a loan and bought the company from the state, Milorad Vuković, one of the owners of today’s AD Graditelj, told eKapija.ba.

They preserved jobs and continued their task – to build the most beautiful buildings in our country.

Jobs lined up. They built the building of the Palace of Justice RS, the Architecture Faculty building in Banja Luka, the Supreme Court building, and several buildings for veteran population in Prijedor, Banja Luka, Teslić…

Graditelj has become a business partner of Gazprom. They have built several gas stations in the country for this company.

For the purposes of the market they finished the construction of residential buildings in Teslić and one in Banja Luka.

They are currently engaged in the construction of the building of TPP Stanari, in Prijedor they working on the construction of a hall for an Italian company, in Banja Luka they are constructing an apartment building for veterans.

Vuković says they are proud of all of their facilities, from residential and public buildings to torism buildings. They continue to build it is their mission.
