The signing of a memorandum of understanding in the implementation of the project ”Vocational Training and Employment of Blacksmiths”, CNC operators and mechatronics technicians for business enterprise UNIS TOK Kalesija is scheduled for today in the facility of this company.

With this, 100 new jobs will be created, which will be in line with the developmental needs of the company UNIS TOK Kalesija over the next year, and will go through an educational training program.

With the technical support of the USAID-SIDA FIRMA project, those who are interested have agreed to implement a program of professional training of unemployed people in the profession/occupation of: CNC operator, mechatronics technician and blacksmith.

The Association for Development NERDA will implement the activities.

Through these activities, public and private parternships will develop, which will become further strenghtened mechanisms that will continue to solve problems of supply and demand imbalances, and the harmonization of knowledge, skills and competency of employees with the needs of the labor market.

The implementation of this and similar training programs are creating the conditions for greater mobility and better employability of the workforce that is registered with the Employment Servies.
