The goal of this project is to preserve domestic production of indigenous and domestic cheese, such as Livanjski, Vlasić and Herzegovinian cheese, with the appropriate standardization and certification, and for the producers to be familiar with the procedures to protect originality, geographic origin and traditional reputation of food in BIH.
