The member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, said at the ceremonial academy in Cazin that Bosnia and Herzegovina is under attack from nine dangerous strategies of lies and manipulation.
“The first strategy is the strategy of redirecting attention. It is purposefully trying to redirect people’s attention from fatefully important issues to unimportant ones. They are trying to flood people with a flood of irrelevant information so that they don’t think about crucial things that are essential for the preservation of the state.
The second strategy is to destroy the state gradually, month by month, year by year. The planners of this strategy know that the sudden collapse of the state would cause strong resistance, and that is why they want to implement their goals through multi-year exhaustion and a policy of small steps. Their intention is to imperceptibly destroy the country in peace, without the patriots of Bosnia and Herzegovina being aware of the tectonic changes.
A third strategy is to purposefully cause confusion and confusion to present enemies as friends and friends as enemies. We must recognize this and not allow this vicious hoax.
The fourth strategy is the political, psychological and media acclimatization of people to the project of dividing the state. The public is systematically trying to prepare itself to calmly and without resistance accept the cataclysm of the destruction of the state.
The fifth strategy is the abuse of emotions in order to prevent rational judgment. An approach is deliberately imposed in which we need to replace critical awareness with emotional impulses (anger, fear…).
The sixth strategy is based on strong media indoctrination so that people do not understand the mechanisms of manipulation and the extent of the danger. The goal of this strategy is to keep people as ignorant as possible so that it is easier to implement manipulative steps.
The seventh strategy is creating an environment of insecurity, apathy and pessimism. They are trying to disgust us with everything that is Bosnian. The anti-Bosnian power centers want us to renounce our history, our culture, our religion, our language, our country, our heroes…
The eighth strategy is to discredit all relevant forces and individuals who defend the state. The goal of this strategy is to expose all BiH patriots to a strong attack from the outside, and at the same time to have installed individuals from the inside who equalize the responsibility of those who destroy and defend the state. It is not by chance that we have a series of texts that discredit the Bosnian cadres. It’s part of a dangerous project.
The ninth strategy is to cause disunity and fragmentation of the forces fighting for the preservation of the state. That is why the most panic is caused by calls for pro-state forces to gather in the fight for issues of capital importance for the state.
Why did I talk about these nine dangerous strategies? We have to warn people about this hellish plan. We must truly inform, make aware, connect and activate people. We only have a secure future with the state,” said Bećirović.
He underlined that in turbulent times of undisguised threats to the constitutional order, one must be united in the defense of independent, sovereign and indivisible Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Under normal political circumstances, it is desirable for political parties to compete in offering ideas, programs and projects for a better arrangement of internal contents in the state. However, at the time of direct and brutal attacks on the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is necessary to gather, connect and coordinate the activities of pro-Bosnian parties in a common front for the preservation of the homeland of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Party, group and individual interests must be completely subordinated to state interests. Personal, group, party or any particular animosities and vanities cannot and should not come before state interests. Among pro-Bosnian parties there must not be be divided into positions and opposition when deciding on capital issues such as: preserving and affirming the independence and sovereignty of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, protecting the territorial integrity of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, respecting and affirming the principles of constitutionality and legality, unreserved support for the acceleration of Bosnia’s Euro-Atlantic integration and Herzegovina; promotion and assurance of human and civil liberties.
To political extremists, as well as their mentors outside the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we must decisively and uniquely make it known that we will respond institutionally, uniquely and decisively to any activity that threatens the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Bećirović emphasized.
He added that mistakes that have been accumulating for years and decades must be corrected. It is not simple, but it is healing.
“It is not a good practice that disempowers legal state bodies, and puts essential decision-making in the hands of party leaders and their headquarters. It is not good for party leaders to talk in hotels while state bodies do not work. It is not good for party leaders to make parliaments and governments boilers, not places of true decision-making. These are some of the mistakes we must begin to correct. At the end of the address, let me underline, we will never give up our homeland. Never! May mercy be upon all the noble martyrs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and may eternal memory be upon the fallen fighters of our defense and liberation war! Let’s protect our only homeland – Bosnia and Herzegovina! May Bosnia and Herzegovina live forever,” concluded Bećirović.
