What is the Price of the most expensive Apartment purchased in the RS?

In the territory of the entire RS was traded with real estates, land and other immovable property in a total amount of 483,750,934 BAM, and the price of the most expensive apartment amounted to 631,000 BAM, according to the Register of Immovable Property that was led by the Republic Office for Geodetic and Property-legal Affairs (RUGIP).

The price of the most expensive sold house was 618.123 BAM, the most expensive square meter of housing space cost 4.344 BAM, while the price of the most expensive business space was 845.790 BAM or 6.173 BAM per square meter.

From this office was stated that during 2017, a total of 15,516 houses, apartments, business, residential-business, industrial and agricultural facilities were traded, as well as construction, agricultural and other land, and forests, ponds and other immovable properties.

In the Register of Prices of Immovable Properties were registered 8,844 contracts on purchase during the year of 2017, and they were the subject of the registration of ownership in regional units and offices of the Republic Office for Geodetic and Property-legal Affairs (RUGIP).

Most of the contracts were registered in Banja Luka, and least in the area of Krupa on Una River.
