Prices of new Apartments in BiH falling?

aa_picture_20150419_5083929_highAverage price of sold new apartments in BiH in nine months of this year fell by 10.5 percent in comparison with the same period last year.

According to the Agency for Statistics of BiH, average price of sold new apartments in the third quarter of this year amounts to 1.462 BAM per square meter.

In comparison with 2015, the average price fell by 11.1 percent, an in comparison with the third quarter of 2015 it fell by 9.2 percent.

The number of sold new apartments in the third quarter of this year in comparison with the third quarter of 2015 increased by 32.4 percent, while the surface of sold new apartments is higher by 27.3 percent.

In nine months of this year 1.353 apartments were built in BiH, which is a nominal growth of 24.5 percent in comparison with the same period last year.

At the end of the third quarter of this year, there were 2.976 unfinished apartments, which is 3.6 percent less than in the same period last year.
