Prime Minister: There is an Option for me to resign, but then the entire Government falls

The Prime Minister of the Canton of Sarajevo, Nihad Uk, as a guest on the BHT1 Live broadcast of the Radiotelevision of Bosnia and Herzegovina, confirmed that next week it will be known what the new Government will look like and how this issue will be resolved.

Namely, there are three possible solutions, and the Prime Minister explained that in fact the two most likely are the resignation of the Prime Minister or the dismissal of two controversial ministers from the Party for BiH by the Assembly.

“I’ve already been talking about the last seven days, “in the next three days”, here I won’t say the exact date, but I think that I will have the opportunity next week to submit one type of request. There are three options. The first option is for the ministers to resign, the second is that the prime minister resigns and then the entire government falls, and the third is that the CS assembly dismisses certain ministers,” said Prime Minister Uk.

He also confirmed to us that the number of ministers belonging to the “Troika” remains the same.

“The Troika has ten ministers and will remain so if the agreement is respected. These two ministries will probably belong to an independent group, that is, an independent club: Damir Marjanović, Admela Hodžić and Redžo Lemezan.”

He also stated the reason why the first option of the reconstruction of the Government is out of the question, which is that the ministers from the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina will not resign on their own.

He confirmed once again that there is an option of his resignation, but in that case the entire government falls.
